Appearance
Trust Badges
A row of icons with short text labels showing guarantees, certifications, or value propositions. Place these near decision points to build buyer confidence.
What it looks like
Here's the trust badges section alongside its settings in the theme editor. The left panel shows the settings you'll see in Customize, and the right shows the result on your storefront.

|---|---|
| Icon | Pick from a set of built-in icons (shipping, lock, clock, etc.) |
| Custom image | Use your own image instead of a built-in icon |
| Heading | The badge title (e.g., "Free Shipping") |
| Text | A short supporting line (e.g., "On orders over $50") |
You can add up to 5 badges.
Data source
Trust badges can also be populated from a metaobject list. Connect a list of trust_badge metaobjects to manage badge content centrally. See the Metaobjects guide for setup instructions.
Tips
- Place trust badges near the buy button on product pages or just below the hero section on your homepage. They're most effective close to decision points.
- Keep text short — aim for 3–5 words per badge. "Free Shipping Over $50" beats a full sentence every time.
