Appearance
Featured product
Show off a single product anywhere on your store — typically the homepage or a landing page. It's a lighter cousin of the product page: one image beside a block-composed info column, without the full media gallery.
Pick the product in Product. Until you choose one, the section shows a "Select a product to display" prompt in the image slot, so you can place and arrange the section before deciding what goes in it.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Product | The product to feature. |
| Color scheme | Which of your theme's color schemes the section uses. |
| Layout | Media and text (default), Media dominant, Text dominant, or Stacked. |
| Keep product info visible on scroll | Pins the product info column as the page scrolls. Desktop only; not offered with the Stacked layout. |
| Enable quick view | Shows a persistent quick-view button after the description. |
Blocks
You compose the info column from blocks, in whatever order suits the product:
- Title — the product title (linked to its page) plus the vendor.
- Price — the current variant's price, with compare-at price, sale badge and unit price when they apply.
- Variant picker — option selectors for products with variants.
- Buy buttons — the add-to-cart button, with a Show dynamic checkout buttons toggle (on by default) for express checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). On a sold-out variant the button disables, relabels to "Sold out", and the dynamic checkout buttons hide.
- Selling plan — the subscription/selling-plan picker, for products that offer one.
- Description — the product description.
- Custom Liquid — a Liquid code field for your own markup.
- Purchase reassurance and Policy acknowledgement — the same trust blocks available on the product page.
Each block can be added once, except Custom Liquid and Purchase reassurance. A fresh section starts with Title, Price, Variant picker, Selling plan, Buy buttons and Description.
App blocks
The section accepts app blocks (reviews, wishlists, and so on) and keeps each one exactly where you place it among the other blocks. App blocks also render while no product is selected yet, so an app widget never silently disappears while you're still setting the section up.
